I want to let you know about a new email scam tat started recently and is pretty shrewd.
The message will come as a "High Priority" delivery (to get your attention). The message heading will claim "Hello!! Your package has been delivered" The body will contain the exact United States Postal Service logo and banner, and tell you that your item has been delivered on the current date and at your delivery location. It will then provide a link to view the tracking details, THIS IS THE TRICK, that link (if you hold your mouse over it) will show a link from some long foreign location and not "usps.com".
My suggestion is to immediately delet the email (without clicking any links) and then delete it from your deleted folder. It might be helpful to run a Norton (or other) virus scan after hours just to make sure.
